Juan Williams, CEO
Juan Williams is a seasoned entrepreneur and construction professional with a diverse background in business ownership, trade skills, and project management. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Juan developed a strong work ethic and passion for construction, inspired by his grandfather’s career in heavy highway construction.
Juan’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1999 with an automobile detailing service, which led to further opportunities in the transportation industry. After earning a Class A CDL license, he spent a decade driving semi-tractor trailers to support his sons, Malcolm and Caleb Williams. A PennDOT networking event introduced him to the flagging industry, inspiring him to start Williams Flagger Logistics, which created 50 jobs across Pennsylvania and provided valuable business management experience.
In 2020, Juan founded Williams Bridge Beam Construction, LLC, specializing in heavy highway and commercial construction services, including bridge beam installation, rebar and geotextile supply, and construction inspection. He also launched Keystone Inspectors, LLC, offering specialized inspection services to the heavy highway industry. Juan’s resilience, adaptability, and leadership have made him a respected figure in the construction field, where he remains committed to delivering quality results and supporting his community.
